Once you are inside, you will see the rot runs deep and employees are running for the exits. Ask a former employee before considering a role here. The COO is another Silicon Valley striver with a fancy title whose management style is defined by ego and micromanagement rather than actual operational substance. To top it off, the market is profoundly saturated. Do not bet on a team that is self-sabotaging its way to failure. "Startups are hard" is not an excuse to treat employees like dirt, but that is the exact trajectory with the current leadership team in place.
