The only pros was that in this company that you will get to learn things by working on projects.... that too is gone because of improper training schedule.

Worst Work enviroment, Wrost Leadership, Wrost HR department. They will make you work forcefully more than 8 hours that too on weekends as well. Too much micromanagement. No work life balance at all, No sustainability at all. Not at all safe for womems. I saw a case of harassement but the management became blind. Wrost policies and full of Nepotism. People with no knowledge are given role of Branch Manager and Director. People that only cares about money is CEO. They don't treat employee as humans for them we are only resources.

Regular opportunities for upskilling and training with Strong focus on innovation and technology.

Middle management could be more supportive.
