- Managers have absolutely no managerial experience, (not even previous work experience in most cases) and no seniority whatsoever. For some of them their managerial position in this company was their first job out of university. They do not possess the skills, seniority or experience in the field that is needed to manage a team, bring the best out of people and drive the team forward. They are creating new titles for themselves every few months to demonstrate seniority and feed their ambition further. - A few of the worst things that you may experience are bullying, dismissive behaviours and personal attacks. My time in this company was by far one of the worst experiences in my life and unfortunately it is not exaggerated. While I cannot refer to specific examples for obvious reasons, all I am going to write here is that one manager's behaviour interfered with my personal life. - It is a common tactic for the managers to dismiss employee's efforts and performance to show them they do not possess the skills to move forward and then force them to resign.

Very easy to get hired. Some highly intelligent and personable colleagues. Interaction with some high-profile clients.

CEO openly and regularly shouts at, demeans, and lies to staff. Senior management only chases immediate rewards with no clear roadmap, resulting in frequent directional changes. Childish management team that has no prior managerial or commercial experience, or even domain expertise, as they were hired straight out of their irrelevant PhDs. Constant micromanagement, with the clique of middle managers taking all credit and no blame. Culture of cutting corners everywhere, resulting in everything from mis-hiring to unethical data practices. Long hours demanded for well-below industry average pay, all for no progression prospects.
