Best avoided - Recensione dipendente - Character Artist presso Airship

The studio hires mainly junior artists. This sounds nice until you realise they are exploiting these artists lack of experience. It might be easy getting a job at Airship but it is not a good introduction to the industry as their practices and timeframes aren't (and shouldn't be) industry standard. I would even avoid Airship as a studio looking for an outsource vendor, even if just to make sure not to support sweatshop practices. High turnover of staff, with the studio trying to cover this up by branding themselves as a "stepping stone" to get into the industry.
