Vantaggi
Zero pros - no joke. After 2 years of working for the company I can find nothing to put in the pro box. Some members of staff are nice people. That’s got nothing to do with the company.
Svantaggi
Everything. Poor pay - the job you apply for will be advertised as paying X salary but you will be informed in your interview that it’s actually multiple thousands lower and that you will reach the advertised level after completing a short review period. Virtually no one ever gets this raise to the advertised pay level. Heavy workload - you will be expected to work far more hours than you are paid for and your reward for this will be…I dunno….pizza? Comically bad management - no member of senior management has the skills or experience to do their job. This is painfully obvious to anyone with any experience or skills. There is no logic to their decisions, plans are announced and then never spoken about again, knee jerk reactions are made to problems with no consideration for alternatives, no input is welcomed. Could go on all day but I can sum it up by saying that I quickly began to feel that the CEO & co-founders (ha) were clueless but excused it by thinking maybe I just don’t get what they’re doing. Then I sat in on a meeting with potential investors and watched as these successful and seasoned business people stared aghast at the drivel coming from the CEO and his flunkies. Middle management is mostly made up of little hitlers and almost none of them have got there on merit. Culture - there is no culture. It’s a cult. Young, impressionable and eager graduates are tricked into believing they’re working for some world beater helmed by an omnipotent entrepreneur who they refer to by his initials. It’s utterly pathetic. Future - check out companies house. The accounts are a mess. Pitiful assets. Pathetic cash buffers. The whole business is supported by hoodwinking FOMO investors. That gravy train won’t last much longer and there is no plan B.
