1. Some people without any experience, brain and ability to work and manage people are hired to the high positions because they are friends of the management. 2. No respect to women. -- Women cannot complain to HR, HR does not believe them; -- Women need to apologize for the complains about misbehaviour from the male colleagues; -- Shouting at the female colleagues is accepted; -- Talking rude and disrespectfully to the female colleagues is also accepted. Management does not do anything about all these things, just blames the women for being too sensible. 3. All the toxic people are still working in our department, most of the people who have any other opportunity left or are going to leave. 4. Each team has its own rules, too much depends on the manager. If manager is ok with home office, then people in the team are allowed to do home office every week. If manager does not like home office, every time when a person needs wait for a plumber at home (working) is taken as a non-wokring day. 5. There are team leads who are respected by the high management and there are team leads who are disrespected. Whatever the team members of the first type do (shout at the colleagues, fail the projects), they are appreciated and receive a salary raise. Whatever the team members of the second type do (point out the important cultural problems, deliver the projects) they are treated as a piece garbage.

Limited opportunities for growth - especially at corporate There is no stability - they shift strategy every few years which may lead to layoffs and other unpredictable changes. Leadership does not value employees or hire individuals that truly make an impact.
