My time at Akima was not pleasing. Was hired as a temp and was told after 6 months of being there I would be hired permanent. It took them 9 months. I even went to my manager multiple times to ask why and no response. Manager is my position never talked to us. Micromanagement. No personal connection with co-workers. There is no range in age between employees. They need to hire younger people. No room for growth within the company where I was.
