A Good company for fresher,

Company growth & lack of innovation

No pros from my side.

One of the biggest mistakes of my life was to join this company. The whole leadership in the organisation was a failure. They don't honour commitment from the employee and treat them like machines. Do not even think about work-life balance, you are expected to spend nights at office. There is a school system where you enter the register while going out every time, even if it is for a minute. Employee is not respected and given space to function peacefully. The culture is very political and you will find relatives (employees) being given more importance and opportunities. "Not very employee friendly" to define this company in a few words.
