Great leadership and awesome employees.

Job security is low considering the fact that it’s still a young company

Let's start with leadership. Aktify's executive team is phenomenal. Not only are they all incredibly qualified in their roles, but they also hire the right people and trust them to do their jobs. They've created an environment where everyone is empowered to bring ideas and feedback to the table. The product is cool, and the pricing model is even cooler. We've found a problem that [almost] every company faces along with the means to help solve it. We don't charge our customers upfront; we charge them once they make money. That's how confident we are in what we do! The people and the culture are truly unbeatable. When they say "surround yourself with people smarter than you"... yup, check! We hire high caliber humans, but they are also humble. We all care about each other and we all care about the product. Everyone genuinely wants to do what's right for the company, which means we are able to have productive conversations enabling us to move forward with the best ideas. The office is packed to the brim with collaboration and passion. Simply put, Aktify is the best!

As with any startup environment, if you don't like change, you probably won't be able to hang. Things move fast and you have to be able to pivot. You also have to be willing to take on responsibilities outside of your job description and to get your hands dirty.
