After many years in the company, I find myself having to say it is not somewhere I would recommend, unless it is as a short-term stepping stone. The company has a vision of being in the top 75th percentile Employer on GALLUP, With this target in mind, in last year’s survey we were challenged why we would not give a top score (5) against all the questions. But now they want to pay based on the average in the UK and have reduced Grade Values accordingly.
