Great products. Interesting core philosophy.

Dr. Sears does not trust anyone to make decisions. He is the final decision maker and holds up hiring decisions, copy approvals, payments to vendors, etc.... Staff are afraid of him and each other. He encourages dissension in the ranks. Not a cooperative or friendly place to work. No processes and procedures in place to provide stability.

The pay is awful, the management team is awful and no one values the hard working employees. The cons certainly outweigh the pros.
