CEO had a hard time controlling his temper, sometimes even verbally abusing founders and routinely lied to try to please certain people. Overall environment of miss-trust between the founders and the CEO created a very toxic environment to work on. Claim they have demand-led projects but in reality are pretty loose opportunities.
