MGM is a proud micro-manager and spends his time publicly picking apart his management team which causes the good ones to leave and the inexperienced kiss ups to stay. HR has a reputation for being absolutely mean and terminating people who have concerns. During my first week about 20 people told me that the workplace was toxic and unfortunately I quickly found out that they were correct.
