This company has only 5-6 holidays in a year ...no Saturday's off.. Lala company.. therefore lala will treat like you his slave, they will call you tourcher you and harass you publicly if you do single mistake.. Most of the senior managers are divorced/separated .. and the management wants like these people only.. if you work here, your personal life will be finished. They deduct GHMI from the salary of their own employees ... forcefully.. their biggest source of revenue is income from employees.. deduct penalties daily for not shaving.. for not wearing id cards.. for using lifts... countless..if you don't finish your work on timeline even then he can levy a penalty on you.. its better to sell bhajiya then work in this company... pathetic people
