No matching 401k, but there is a profit sharing program for office hourly staff, but it takes 7 years to be vested. Some people don't do anything like the person who answers the phone who is next to useless. A dozen family members actively involved in the day-to-day operation who clearly have no idea of which way to go. Their business has contracted considerably over the past 5 years and they have lost a lot of their market share through archaic, backwards business practices.
