Great people, not as great strategy - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Alation

Alation used to be forward thinking, but over the years has stopped doing so. Product strategy is too conservative in ambition, ever-changing and sometimes nonexistent. The last few years have really hurt the trajectory by just "doing as is" without actually looking towards innovating or having an aligned strategy with measurable goals. Now that the industry is moving towards open source, it's even more crucial that Alation finds a new strategy, otherwise, the future won't look bright.
