Not really a con, but one item we must always strive towards is ensuring all departments in the company understand the markets that we serve and why our systems matter so much to them.

Great benefits and employee engagement. The product itself is modern and user friendly.

AlayaCare had extremely high turnover coming from leadership all the way down to their base-level employees. There seems to be a strong favor towards Canadian employees vs American employees. Lack of HR support when you need it most - I would know, I was harassed by another employee for several months before the person was held accountable. Lacking representation of black and brown employees.
