I worked in the space industry for almost ten years at various large corporations, and switching to a startup changed my life. Before, I felt limited and bogged down by really strict processes and politics, but now, I get to dive into our supply chain and present creative and unique solutions. I get to support a one-of-a-kind mission with a passionate small team. The camaraderie, unique problem solving, and ownership that my role allows keeps me excited about each day.
