      Decen't hourly wage, but it's purely capped at a certain extent.

      They don't care about work life balance, they will force you to do their jobs and abuse hours and labor on their employees, management is very narcasistic and conspire the coercin people into places if they don't like them or make you do their job to make them look better. Work life balance is a very stranious thing. This place feels like you're a human cattle and you never can do good enough.

      fairly consistent hours, less in the summer & more during "flu season" (fall/winter). When Pharmacy Tech gets certified to give flu and covid immunizations it results in $2.50 - $5.00 an hour bonus pay.

      Employee break room (where we are to have our meal break) ALWAYS VERY SCRUFFY/dirty. I recently learned that the "top pay level" for CPhT's maxes out after 3.5 years. Food & gas prices are NOT maxing out & ALL employees salaries need a cost of living raise yearly to keep up.
