Seemingly good company with upward mobile options with very negative payout. Emotional distress, anxiety, and emotional burnout

Abusive management system. Work is hard, customers at times can be tough but all of that is fine, without rude, abusive managers and supervisors who constantly make you feel inadequate or are just rude hateful or abuse or daily. I’ve not worked one shift without feeling misstreated verbally and emotionally. The company’s greed means you will be stretched to the breaking point daily. Employees confirm this is normal business practice. When my store was doubling sales records upper management was still instructing store directors to cut hours in some departments. It’s math for them that results in hell for employees everyday.

Clean facility and straightforward workload. The job itself is not difficult to learn, and employees can gain experience in pharmacy fulfillment operations. Consistent work is available, and the facility is well maintained.

Workplace culture can be challenging for new hires. There appears to be favoritism toward long-term employees, inconsistent enforcement of attendance and leave policies, and concerns about professionalism. Employee complaints regarding bullying, disrespectful behavior, and workplace conflicts are not always addressed in a timely or effective manner. Communication regarding timecard corrections and employee concerns could be improved.
