The hiring process was fast

On my first day, I was expected to stay after my shift to help complete all possible duties for the day. This was not mentioned in the interview or any time before. In general, management was disrespectful and patronizing. Employees worked in 40 degrees for 6-7 hours of their 8 hour shift, which was also not mentioned in the interview process. Employees could choose to forgo their break in order to leave earlier, but were still required to stay late if all tasks were not complete. This often meant some employees did not end up taking a break, despite working over 8 hours.

Clean facility and straightforward workload. The job itself is not difficult to learn, and employees can gain experience in pharmacy fulfillment operations. Consistent work is available, and the facility is well maintained.

Workplace culture can be challenging for new hires. There appears to be favoritism toward long-term employees, inconsistent enforcement of attendance and leave policies, and concerns about professionalism. Employee complaints regarding bullying, disrespectful behavior, and workplace conflicts are not always addressed in a timely or effective manner. Communication regarding timecard corrections and employee concerns could be improved.
