The talent across the business is what makes it special. From its internal teams and its unsung hero’s in terms of associates. Without this the business would be more like a slavery regime.

Group CEO and senior leaders are snakes. Even when you are delivering results you will be pushed out and you won’t be given any warning. HR is ex met and treats people like criminals. I’d steer clear of them if you want to keep your sanity, pride and integrity. Biggest issue is the SLT have never run a business like this and the investors are ruthless and see you as a number, but not like a valuable number one it will delete just to replace because they can. Don’t be fooled by its allure and stories, they are backs against the wall 24/7 and you will work beyond your hours, no extra pay, not recognition. Don’t expect any training on your role either, nobody has had training it’s essentially a business full of fakers and all they are in it for is money. Stay away!

Good team of people on the ground

Lack of communication, SLT too good to talk to anyone, no genuine care for employees, snakey behaviour, Vicious HR, too much red tape & very risk averse, only care about meeting financial targets for investors at the expense of all else - also force you to hug everyone, including the CEO which is gross.
