You can't get proper reply on your query. Internal team themself don't have clarity. If you reach out to someone in team for a clarification, they will direct you to other person and that person will not respond back. On top of that they don't have a specific poc for any issue, even tough if there is anyone that person will not respond back to your calls. Especially employees who are working under Alchemy payroll in client location have to face troubles and they don't even care for them
