Incompetent management! current leader MICRO-MANAGES! Numbers(production output) mean everything to them! Management treats production people with very little respect! No team work exists! They get nervous during audits and when employees threaten to use legal resources to be treated fairly and within the law!

The culture has suffered significantly and there is a lack of support and commitment to the procurement function. The current morale is low with most people strategizing an exit plan.
