Loved being a part of Alcon, but now that Novartis is there, its awful - Recensione dipendente - Senior Administrative Assistant II presso Alcon

Now, that it is owned and run by Novartis, it is an awful disorganized low morale unhappy-employees place to work. Those still working there just need the income and the benefits and don't want to have to try to find a new job. Novartis is just simply NOT a company to work for. They have ruined the wonderful Alcon I used to work for.
