Poor communication and worst recruitment process ever - Warsaw office - Recensione dipendente - Specialist Complaint Handler presso Alcon

I will start with recruitment, probably the worst experience I ever had in over 15 years. Initially they are very professional and organized, I went through 4 interviews, 2 of them over 45 min long each and this process was quite swift. During this interviews I asked in at least 2 occasions when I should expect some feedback, and they told me 2 weeks max. Emailed the recruitment person and never got a response. After 2 months they got back to me with a job offer. My mistake was not reading the signs and decided to accept and resigned from previous job for a 1000 zloty bump in the salary. Then comes de job itself, very disorganized and massive workload, managers seem to struggle as well and often you're forced to do work out of hours with no compensation. In general most of the departments seem to be under stress and often it's difficult to have a happy environment.
