Its a small company so you will learn a lot - critical element for young talent. There are not many companies in the world who makes SystemVerilog simulator - Aldec is one of them - so you will be working with cutting edge technology and very smart people. Salary and benefits are good. Amazing work/life balance makes this company less stressful.

Its a small company so there is a limited vertical growth. Not located in silicon valley - which seems to be the problem for many people.
