-Culture within each department vary widely. Flexibility, peer support, accountability, fair and equal treatment, ect... -The (some)mid to higher level company culture that appears to trickle down is pretentious and toxic, demonstrating that the loudly touted company values and accountability do not apply at certain levels. If bad behavior at this level CAN be ignored, it WILL be ignored. For example, firing an entire department except for one executive which held the most responsibility for its failure due to their proximity and relationship to Farzad (Owner). Instead moving them to another department to create a toxic and hostile environment, then blame the decline on everyone below. -Focus on AI is replacing focus on other needed areas such as operational growth, data integration and integrity....things are are imperative for AI to function properly -HR is unresponsive, unhelpful and dismissive
