Risposta di Alertus Technologies
5yTo our Potential Applicants:
We urge any of our potential applicants who read this post not to be deterred by the purposefully malicious attempt to misinform you. This post was written by a former employee who is clearly unhappy about their termination and does not represent Alertus’s culture or benefits accurately. While we are not perfect, as no company is, many of the points raised in this review are incorrect. We’re ok with negative reviews, they offer us a chance to find areas we can improve on, but we can’t change something that simply isn’t true.
Unfortunately, this review does not provide prospective candidates with useful information to help them in their decision-making process. We encourage any of you considering an opportunity at Alertus to reach out and ask us questions or concerns you have around this or other reviews.
We are more than happy to have conversations about our company and our benefits before you officially accept a job offer with us. The time, resources, and effort to recruit, onboard/train, and wait for an employee to get entirely up to speed in their role is very expensive. “Tricking” employees into signing a job offer is not something most companies can afford and, therefore, not part of our hiring practice.
Before any employee joins our team, we want to make sure that their time here will be positive and long-lasting, so we encourage you to ask questions about whatever is most important to you before coming onboard or before walking away from the recruiting process.
To our Previous Employee:
We are sorry that you have been released from your role, and we wish you all the best as you move on. We are sorry that you are so disgruntled as to leave this malicious spread of falsified information.
