It was a good experience for me as a new person in the industry

Management is on a ego trip, they thing they own you. Low basic and they will try not to pay your commission. In few months my colleagues changed a couple of times, no one can resist so it's a high turnover.

Some good staff employed- they don’t stay long

Pay. Treating people like numbers.
