Thank you for sharing your thoughts. This year has been a challenging year, increasing the burden on our staff to continue our mission that requires on-site work. To support our team members during this time, we increased health and mental support services as well as options for family assistance. Although we have seen a small increase in turnover during the pandemic, we’ve found that it has largely been driven by providing retirement incentives to our 60+ community and staff departing to be closer to family, to provide care for family members, and/or personal decisions to manage their lives in a more meaningful way.
