It is still a new and growing company. Some of the benefits of a fully developed big company/corporation are still being developed.

I've had the opportunity to work at AlgoSec for several years and have grown both technically and professionally during my time here. The company provides exposure to some of the world's largest enterprise environments, allowing engineers to work on complex network security, firewall management, cloud security, and automation projects. One of the biggest strengths of AlgoSec is its customer-focused culture. Employees are trusted to take ownership, collaborate across teams, and contribute ideas. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies, work with major security vendors, and develop expertise in areas such as security policy management, cloud security, compliance, and automation. As with any customer-facing role, priorities can shift quickly based on business needs and customer requirements. At times, managing multiple projects and deadlines can be challenging, especially during high-demand periods.
