Felt like I was results-oriented rather than politics-oriented. - Truly cross-team collaboration. - Coworkers who care about the product and want to improve it. Most employees are engaged and actively providing feedback on the product. - CTO / head of product is a great leader and manager; he actively sought out feedback to improve, had no ego, and really cared about his team. I will miss him as a manager! - Great hiring strategy; Algrano has retained motivated, experienced, friendly and creative professionals on below-market salaries. - Salaries not competitive for Zürich/tech, but not sure it’s fair to criticise given that everybody knows what they are signing up for - Limited scope for progression

Staff are really great Feels good to work on a product that as a positive impact on the industry There can be a great variety of projects that you work on (can also be a con sometimes) Very flexible with work from home/remote working

Salary is not very competitive Leadership can be impatient and want to see results straight away Too many changes of strategy in too short a period of time Small company without a lot of room to develop your career
