I joined Alias after working many years in a very high stress, high demand environment, with no regard for culture. Alias has been a breath of fresh air for me. I have yet to meet a single employee who was not the most genuinely kind person. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging and happy to help where they can. There has been room to be creative and grow, which is important.

I have not yet experienced a con.

- Great culture. Leaders are thoughtful and empathetic. - Tech-forward company, completely different from old-school due diligence companies. -Good package of basic benefits and compensation. -Great flexibility - fully remote.

-It can get busy sometimes with the number of reports. However, much more manageable than at other big due diligence firms so far. -No option to go into an office or co-working space on days you can't work from home and no in-person team-building events (for the whole company at least). - Fewer wellness benefits/perks than in bigger companies.
