Size of company leaves door open for enhancing benefits.

Aliaswire gave me the opportunity to step in to a leadership role and build a new team. As growing company, and having two products (especially PayVus) which has a great unrealized potential, there are ample opportunities like this if you have a passion for building or contributing towards something new.

Being a company which has been around 20 years (despite its small size), changing some habits (mostly technical processes and procedures) usually take more effort than in a "greenfield" type of a startup. Good thing is that everyone is open minded and willing to learn and change things for better.
