Preach company culture & within a week it was clear this was an external projection only Hired to bring my expertise. Mine were not wanted, only to follow a stick sell, sell, sell approach with was not thought of with the customer in mind Coercive management - often spoken to forcefully often with raised voice No focus on mental health. Pure tick box exercise which was incredibly sad.
