I am very thankful of this organisation that helped me to become an expert Laravel Developer from just developer.
My journey with this organisation started when I was just a college pass out who had very basic knowledge of programming!
In the early stage of my career when I was afraid of to do new things or didn't know how to tackle with the problems AlienTechSol (specifically Mr. Murtuza Sugarwala) had put faith on me and teached me how to deal with any problems with his expertise vision.
As I was growing up as a Laravel Developer, Management decided to develop other skills in me like team management, project management in terms of requirements gathering to project delivery!
Intially I failed very badly and I decided to give up! But the organisation never give upon me!
When you part of any startup you will always have opportunity to explore more, and that what exactly AlienTechSol offers me with its 'energetic, friendly, challenging yet transparent Work atmosphere'.
AlienTechSol has very simple yet effective policy that I like the most is that each member of this team is equally responsible and valuable for the organisation!
