salary delay by 2months on average for everyone. salary cycle is bad, you would definitely end up losing 20 days of pay minimum when you leave. there is no FNF policy, once you leave dont expect your salary. no POSH policy there which is very surprising, head of HR says Your eyes talk to women employees. work hours are 9 hours per day yet they make you sit for 10 hours atleast. cant use phone too much micromanagement and monitors break. personal comments toxic culture.
