      Decent job if you plan of stay at this career but after a while it gets old when management doesn’t help out

      Disorganized, not unified or set standard for clients training is the worst. Could be so much better and could be great if management listened more to CSR

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
