- Leaders are disconnected from overall workforce. Their focus is on the short term profitability, vs the long term. - Poor work life balance due to colleagues being overworked in absorbing work from RIFs and attrition that are not back filled. In addition this is being balanced with an increase of projects pushed down from leaders without a thoughtful planning process. - Organization has become very flat, little to no growth opportunity. - Environment of cost cutting, RIFs, and lack of resources - Current business model does not feel sustainable - Defined contribution group is incredibly disengaged based on the points above. It is difficult to stay motivated when most of your team is unhappy day to day.

Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
