There’s a PACE tool on every computer now which will track your every move in a report to your manager. Most salaried workers are working well over 40 hours a week, but are still behind. If our group is in need of so much healthcare it may be because we have no gym or wellness incentives. They took away our onsite pharmacy and our onsite flu shots. You Only BCBS/UHC HMO coverage is roughly $430 a month. There’s high turnover due to overworking and underpaying colleagues.
