Unfortunately it’s a very small company and every employee is required to wear multiple hats. If you specialize in one thing this might not be the place for you. Good if you want experience helping in different departments. No HR department or way to file complaints which can get in the way a lot due to awkward office politics.

The values are solid. B Corp, 1% for the planet, etc

There is no HR, which can make things really messy. It's a flat organization, with little training, support, or guidance.
