The Digital Factory has good potential, but some teams suffer from weak leadership and unprofessional behavior. There is noticeable micromanagement, unnecessary pressure on employees, and favoritism that affects team morale. Tasks are often assigned at the last minute, and communication can be aggressive rather than supportive. Several employees have recently resigned, which clearly reflects issues in leadership style rather than workload.
