No pros unfortunately. Save your time and sanity.

Poor nursing agency and incompetent staff and hiring managers. They will use all the lingo to make you think they are supportive employers at the beginning and later throw you to the wolves. Not willing to advocate for your license and patient safety. They take an extensive time to respond to any inquiries you have and later terminate you when they please. They work with incompetent employers who make the matters much worse (Providence Care) as they are disorganized and lack the will power to ensure successful onboarding and orientation for new hires. They will set you up with an accommodation then leave you homeless with less than 24 hours notice to terminating your contract for no cause. Even though the cause is you advocating for additional training shifts to ensure patient safety. This agency also pays the lowest of all health care agencies in Ontario and pretend they top you up based on experience when it's less than half of what agency nurses are being paid. Atrocious agency. Would not recommend.
