For being a smaller company they do a lot including offering Flex Time which means people can work around their own schedules for the most part and they offer way more vacation than most companies. They also provide lunch once a month to their employees as well as a monthly social event off-site. Employees actually like each other and hang out on the weekends! One of the main reasons I’ve stayed for so long is the great culture and the opportunity to work with a fantastic team.
