It's been inspiring to see many of these initiatives come to life, with more support for employee resource groups and thoughtful consideration for improving benefits, such as the new parental leave policy.

The firm is continuing to work on developing its organizational support for employees who are not consultants and work in Corporate Services. In the past, there hasn't been as much consideration for these employees, but career growth and professional development plans that are being evaluated look promising.
