Directors inflate billing hours, while cutting hours of lower level employees and contract personnel, but expected to throw in nonbillable hours. Lower level employees and contract employees treated with disrespect, long hours, pressured to provide nonbillable hours. Concentration of arrogant, condescending employees to newer hires and clients. More restructuring work than actual turnarounds being done. Many employees with accounting background who never owned or operated businesses, causing problems with completing turnarounds
