Engagements are complex and challenging because the firm lives up to its tag line “when it really matters”. The messaging from leadership at the all-firm meeting and overall sentiment show they care about their people and have a desire to see you succeed at the organization.

      For some new hires, the AlixPartners’ approach to engagement delivery can be challenging to execute. The firm should invest more time and energy to formally train all staff on best practices and (any new updated) approach to improving engagement delivery.

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
