The company pays very well and there are a number of nice perks. The kitchens are stocked with soda and snacks. Employees technical needs are well taken care of and internal tech support is the best I've experienced.

Consultants have a very high opinion of themselves, behave rudely, and don't work well together as a team. There is a lot of unethical behavior occurring. Going out for expensive dinners with several bottles of wine and cocktails and charging it all to the customer seems to be the norm.
