      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Stable, opportunity to buy stock, product works. Strong client base.

      No real opportunity for growth. Especially in the sales area. We’ve had a number of senior leaders leave because they can’t grow. We recently acquired a company and gave senior roles to people that may not be fully qualified for those roles just yet. Innovation has been lagging. Overall, Morale is trending down.
